Returns

We hope you are happy with your order.

If you change your mind, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

To request a return, please contact us at harriet@harrietflavel.com before sending the item back. We will provide the return instructions and return address.

Items must be returned in their original condition. If an item has been used, damaged, or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value. Where that loss in value is substantial, the reduction may amount to the full purchase price.

Returns Postage

For unwanted items or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us and we will arrange an appropriate remedy.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, we will process your refund within 14 days.

For eligible returns, we will also refund the cost of our standard delivery option. If you selected a more expensive delivery method, any additional delivery cost above the standard rate will not be refunded.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different colour or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at harriet@harrietflavel.com with your order number and details of the issue.
